Athlete's foot, that pesky fungal invasion that turns our toes into itchy territories, need not send you running to the pharmacy at the first sign of discomfort. Nature, in its bounty, provides us with cider vinegar—a humble yet mighty warrior in the battle against fungi.
In a bowl large enough to allow the soles of your feet to touch bottom, pour enough pure cider vinegar to cover the tops of your toes, ensuring your entire soles are also immersed.
Soak for a few minutes, then dry. Do not rinse your feet after soaking!
Notes
Repeat 3 times per day until treated. Severe athlete's foot may require special cream to fully treat.
