Ingredients

  • 1 lb confectioners sugar
  • 1 cup cocoa powder, unsweetened
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup walnuts or pecans, chopped
  • 1-1/2 cups Mini marshmallows

Instructions

  • In microwave safe bowl, combine sugar, cocoa, milk and butter then cook on high 2 minutes.
  • While cooking, butter 8″ baking pan.
  • Remove bowl and add vanilla, stirring well. Add marshmallows and nuts, stirring well.
  • Pour into baking pan. Chill to set, then cut into squares.
