For light brown sugar

molasses
For dark brown sugar

Instructions
Combine sugar with the appropriate amount of molasses for the role of brown sugar you would like in a mixing bowl.
On medium low speed, begin mixing. As molasses is mixed into the white sugar, you can raise the speed.
Continue beating until it becomes brown sugar, about 8-10 minutes.
