Italian Salad Dressing Dry Mix

Makes enough for one batch of salad dressing (about 1 cup). You can make multiple batches at once.

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp dried parsley flakes
  • 1 tsp dried minced onion
  • 1/2 tsp dried basil
  • 1/4 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/4 tsp ground thyme
  • 1/4 tsp ground marjoram
  • 1/2 tsp celery seed
  • 1/4 tsp powdered garlic
  • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan not fresh, use shelf stable Parmesan
  • 1-1/2 tsp sugar
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp pepper

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients. Store in an airtight container for up to 6 months

Attach to tag or label

  • 1/3 cup white wine vinegar
    3/4 cup vegetable oil
    1 package Italian Salad Dressing Mix
    Combine all ingredients in a container and shake well. Refrigerate for at least 20 mins before serving.
