Oriental Pork Stir Fry Recipe
- 2 boneless pork chops cut in 1/4" strips
- 1 14 oz package Oriental-style frozen stir fry vegetables with seasoning sauce
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 tsp vegetable oil
- Spray skillet with cooking spray, or heat a small amount of cooking oil over medium high heat, and stir fry pork for 3-4 minutes or until no longer pink. Then add vegetables (without the seasoning) and cook for 5 minutes with the lid on. Stir, and add remaining ingredients including seasoning, and cook until heated through.
- Serve over rice or Asian-style noodles.
