Sugar Free Hot Chocolate in a Jar Mix
Great for diabetics or those on a reduced sugar diet.
2 cups nonfat dry milk powder
1/2 cup lower/non-fat powdered nondairy creamer
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tbsp Equal (or 10 packages)
3/4 tsp cinnamon
Combine all ingredients and place in jar, tightening the lid securely.
Directions: Add 1/3 cup Sugar-free Hot Chocolate Mix into a mug, and add 3/4 cup boiling water, stirring until dissolved. Enjoy!
