Spaghetti Sauce Dry Mix
Makes enough for one batch of spaghetti, so you can multiply it to make more. Will last up to six months in an airtight container or ziploc bag.
Ingredients
- 3 tsp dried minced onion
- 3 tsp dried parsley, crushed
- 3 tsp dried green pepper flakes
- 1-1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp powdered garlic
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp ground oregano
- 1/2 tsp ground basil
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients
- Store in an airtight container or a ziploc bag. Will keep for 6 months.

- 1 lb ground beef1 16oz can tomato sauce1/3 cup tomato sauce2-2/3 cups tomato juice or water1 package spaghetti seasoning mixBrown ground beef over medium-high heat then draIn. Add all remaining ingredients and mix well. Reduce heat and simmer for 30 mins, stirring regularly. Serve over cooked noodles
