Wrinkle releaser spray is one of those “extras” rather than a “need” when it comes to supplies for your laundry room. It is convenient to use to quickly get wrinkles out of an item of clothing, but when you don’t have time (or don’t want to waste electricity) to run the dryer for a few minutes to heat the wrinkles out of clothes.
To make your own, have a clean spray bottle. Add 1/2 oz rubbing alcohol, 1 oz liquid fabric softener and 13 oz of cold water. Shake to combine. To use, test on a hidden part of the garment, as the alcohol can cause colors to run if it is not colorfast. Then simply lightly spray the item and use the palm of your hand to smooth the wrinkles out. And you’re done!
