3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
4 large apples, cored and sliced into 1/4″ slices
1/3 cup brown sugar
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
In large skillet, heat butter then add apples, sugar and cinnamon. Cover and cook over medium-low heat for 7-10 minutes or until the apples soften and syrup thickens. Serve with leftover syrup covering.
