Hallowe’en Face Paint Recipe
This great recipe can be used with many of our costume ideas, and saves you money over the commercial brand Hallowe’en makeup you pay a fortune for yet only use once.
1 tsp cornstarch
1/2 tsp water
1/2 tsp cold cream
1 to 2 drops food coloring
In a small container, mix cornstarch and water together until smooth. Then mix cold cream until combined. Add your choice of food coloring. Remember a little goes a long way.
Can be easily removed with makeup remover or soap and water.
