Curried Kabob Style Rice Slow Cooker Recipe

  • 3 cups converted rice
  • 1 cup golden raisins
  • 2 tbsp curry powder
  • ½ onion diced
  • 5 cups water


  • Place rice in slow cooker and add remaining ingredients. Add water and salt and pepper if desired.
  • Cover and cook on low for 5-6 hours or high for 3 hours.
  • Ensure most of the water is absorbed before serving.
