cans low sodium whole tomatoes

onion
chopped

carrots
diced

clove
garlic

vegetable oil

brown sugar

Instructions
Using a blender or food processor, blend tomatoes until pureed. In a skillet, sauté carrot, onions and garlic until softened.
Add all ingredients into slow cooker, cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
Stir and serve over pasta noodles. If you prefer thicker marinara, remove lid and cook on high for up to one hour.
