Low Fat Asian Glazed Chicken

  • 6 chicken breast halves boneless & skinless
  • 1/2 cup light soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 2 tbsp toasted sesame seeds optional


  • In a small bowl combine soy sauce, honey and sesame seeds, stirring until well combined (honey will be sticky!). Add chicken to slow cooker and pour mixture evenly over each chicken breast.
  • Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours or until chicken is thoroughly cooked and the juices run clear. Serve!
