How to freeze cooked bacon
Pre-cook bacon so you always have some ready to go to quickly add to sandwiches, salads or burgers. This is great when you only need one or two slices, and don't need to open an entire package of bacon.
- Bacon as little or as much as you'd like to freeze!
Cook bacon on the skillet as you would normally, but leave it slightly undercooked as to how you would normally prefer it (it will finish cooking when reheated).
Allow to cool, then freeze. You can flash freeze then store in a ziploc, or individually wrap it for the freezer.
