Your kids will love these no-bake chicken strips.
4 chicken breast halves, boneless, skinless
2 tbsp butter or margarine
2-3 tbsp hot (or mild) pepper sauce
Cut chicken breasts into bite size chicken strips. Over medium heat, melt butter with 1 tbsp pepper sauce in a skillet. Add chicken, stir to coat, then stirfry until chicken is cooked through yet still moist, about 8-10 minutes. Add remaining pepper sauce to taste, stir to coat, then stirfry, stirring continuously, for two minutes over medium-high heat. Serve.
