A great combo of Asian style pork and Asian veggies in a skillet.
2 boneless pork chops, cut in 1/4″ strips
1 14 oz package Oriental-style frozen stir fry vegetables with seasoning sauce
1 tbsp soy sauce
1/4 cup water
2 tsp vegetable oil
Spray skillet with cooking spray, or heat a small amount of cooking oil over medium high heat, and stir fry pork for 3-4 minutes or until no longer pink. Then add vegetables (without the seasoning) and cook for 5 minutes with the lid on. Stir, and add remaining ingredients including seasoning, and cook until heated through. Serve over rice or Asian-style noodles.
