Pasta won’t go gummy even when cooked in the skillet for stir fry!
1 9-oz package cheese-filled tortellini (in the fresh pasta section of the grocery store)
1 16-oz package fresh OR frozen stir fry vegetables (peppers, carrots, onions, etc)
1 tbsp cooking oil
3/4 cup garlic stir fry sauce
1/4 cup unsalted cashews

In saucepan, cook pasta according to package instructions, drain and keep warm. In skillet, heat oil and stir fry vegetables until crisp tender (3-5 minutes for fresh or 7-9 minutes for frozen). Add pasta and garlic stir fry sauce, stir until heated through.
