Teriyaki Pork Loin Roast Crock Pot Recipe

3/4 cup apple juice
2 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp vinegar
1 tsp ground ginger
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/8 tsp pepper
3 lbs boneless pork roast, halved
2 1/2 tbsp cornstarch
3 tbsp cold water

Combine juice, sugar, soy sauce, vinegar, ginger, garlic powder and pepper in crock pot. Add roast, turning so it is fully coated. Cover and cook on low for 7-8 hours.

Combine cornstarch and water in small bowl. Add to saucepan and add juice from crock pot. Bring to boil, then stir and cook for 2 minutes, or until sauce is thickened.

Great with rice.
