2 tbsp ketchup
1 c water
1/2 c vinegar
1 c packed brown sugar
1-1/2 pounds skinless chicken breasts or thighs, cut into
bite sized
2 tbsp cornstarch
2 tbsp water
Mix first five
ingredients together in crockpot, then add chicken. Stir,
cover and cook on High for 3-4 hours or on Low for 6-8 hours.
20 mins before
serving, combine the cornstarch and 2tbsp water, then add
and stir it into slowcooker. Turn it on High (if it isn't
already) and stir often for 15-20 mins, as sauce will thicken.
