- slow cooker
- 3 cups mild salsa with added corn & black beans
- 6 cups beef broth
- 1/4 cup uncooked long-grain white rice.
- Combine ingredients in the slow cooker, stirring well.
- Cover and cook on low 4-6 hours.
- Serve with taco chips or top with the small taco strips.
