4-5 baking potatoes,
washed, peeled and cut into 1/4" thick rounds
2 1/2 cups cheddar cheese, grated
2 cups milk
salt & pepper (to taste)
Spray bottom and
sides of slow cooker with non-stick cooking spray, such as
Pam. Layer potatoes on the bottom of crock pot, then add a
small amount of cheese on top. Then add salt and pepper if
desired. Then repeat using the potatoes & cheese until
your potatoes are gone and topped with the last amount of
cheese (cheese needs to be the top layer) and adding salt
and pepper as desired. Slowly pour milk over the contents
of the slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or
high for 2-1/2 to 3 1/2 hours. Serve!
