Potatoes Au Gratin Crock Pot Recipe
Cheesy potatoes can even be made in the crockpot. This crockpot recipe featured layered cheese and potatoes which is then slow-cooked until the potatoes are perfect and the cheese is melted.

- slow cooker
Ingredients
- 4-5 baking potatoes washed peeled and cut into 1/4" thick rounds
- 2 1/2 cups cheddar cheese grated
- 2 cups milk
- salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
- Spray bottom and sides of slow cooker with non-stick cooking spray, such as Pam. Layer potatoes on the bottom of crockpot, then add a small amount of cheese on top. Then add salt and pepper if desired. Then repeat using the potatoes & cheese until your potatoes are gone and topped with the last amount of cheese (cheese needs to be the top layer) and adding salt and pepper as desired. Slowly pour milk over the contents of the slow cooker.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 2-1/2 to 3 1/2 hours. Serve!
