3-4 lbs chicken,
cut up
1 jar (12 oz) pineapple preserves
2 tbsp red wine vinegar
1 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1/2 cup orange juice
1/2 cup water
2 tbsp brown sugar
Remove skin from
chicken pieces. Place in bottom of slow cooker. In a small
bowl, combine remaining ingredients, stirring well, then pour
over top of chicken, making sure all chicken is covered. Cover
and cook on high 6-7 hours. Serve.
