1/2 cup orange
marmalade
16-oz can whole cranberry sauce
2 tsp orange zest, grated
3lb turkey breast
In a small bowl
combine marmalade, cranberry sauce and orange zest. Divide
mixture in half, placing half in the refrigerator. Add turkey
to slow cooker and pour half the cranberry orange mixture
over the turkey breast. Cover crock pot and cook on low for
7-8 hours or high for 3-1/2 to 4 hours. Add remaining orange
cranberry sauce and cook for another 30 minutes. Remove turkey
breast from crockpot and allow to rest for 30 minutes before
carving. Serve. Sauce is great with rice!
