Irish Stew Crock Pot Recipe
Celebrate Irish heritage with this fabulous Irish stew created for your slow cooker for easy cooking.

- slow cooker
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs. beef stew meat
- 3 large potatoes
- 3 large stalks celery
- 3 to 4 carrots pared and sliced
- 2 1/2 cans tomatoes
- 1 slice bread cubed
- 3 tbsp Minute tapioca
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Bay leaf optional
- 1 medium onion
Instructions
- Cut vegetables into chunks. Add meat, vegetables, bread and tapioca to crockpot, stirring to combine. Pour tomatoes on top of vegetables, but do not stir.
- Turn crockpot on high for the first hour, then on low for 6-7 hours.
- Serve with cornbread.
