Creamed Corn Crock Pot Recipe
I love creamed corn, but the vast majority of people only ever have the canned variety. Here is an easy no-fuss version of creamed corn that you can make in your crock pot. And as an added bonus, it doesn't have all the salt the canned version does.
Equipment
- slow cooker
Ingredients
- 2-3 lbs frozen whole kernel corn
- 8- oz package cream cheese chopped in ½" cubes
- ¼ cup butter or margarine
- 2-3 tbsp sugar
- 2-3 tbsp water
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in slow cooker, stirring well. Cover and cook for four hours on low. Stir and serve.
