Corn on the Cob Crock Pot Recipe
If you don't like the idea of having a hot pot of water boiling in the middle of summer for cooking corn on the cob, here is a simple way to do it in the slow cooker. Best of all, it frees up your attention to barbequing or making salads to go with it!
Ingredients
- 6-8 ears of corn
- 1/2 cup water
Instructions
- Gently pull back husks to remove silk, without removing the actual husks. Remove stems and cut off ends of corn so that they can stand in the slow cooker with the lid on.
