Corn Chip Chili Slow Cooker Recipe
- slow cooker
- 1 lb ground beef browned and drained
- 1/2 large onion chopped
- 1 can 14.5 oz diced tomatoes and green chilies w/ liquid
- 1 can 8 oz. tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp minced garlic
- Combine all ingredients in the slow cooker, stirring well.
- Cover and cook on low for 4 to 6 hours or on high for 2 to 3 hours.
- Serve over a bed of corn chips and top with grated cheddar cheese.
