½ cup coconut
milk
½ cup water
8 chicken thighs, skin removed
½ cup brown sugar, packed
2 tbsp soy sauce
1/8 tsp ground cloves
2 garlic cloves, minced
In a small bowl
combine coconut milk and water, then pour into slow cooker.
Then add chicken thighs. Combine remaining ingredients in
small bowl (can use the same bowl), stirring well, then pour
over chicken. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or until chicken is
cooked through. Serve with rice.
