6 chicken breasts,
boneless, skinless
1 pkg taco seasoning
1 jar salsa (16oz) mild, medium or hot depending on preference
1 small onion, chopped
Tortillas
Assorted toppings (lettuce, tomatoes, sour cream, cheese)
In a small bowl
combine salsa with taco seasoning. Add chicken to crock pot
and cover with salsa mixture then top with onions. Cook on
low for 6-8 hours or high for 4-6 hours. Remove chicken and
shred gently, then place in tortillas with salsa mixture and
preferred toppings. Roll and serve!
