Make Valentine's Day Champagne Glasses

This is a fun craft where you can design your own champagne flutes for your romantic Valentine's Day dinner!

2 champagne flutes or wine glasses
Rubbing alcohol
Red glass paint (available at craft stores)

Wash the glasses with hot water and soap and allow to thoroughly dry before painting.

Using the red glass paint and following the instructions on the package, draw your Valentine's Day design on the glasses. You could draw large hearts, mini hearts, or even have your names in a heart on each glass. If you make a mistake, take a Q-tip and a tiny amount of rubbing alcohol to remove any stray paint, then use a second dry Q-tip to dry it.

Follow instructions on the paint packaging to set the design (usually involves allowing it to cure for 24 hours then baking in a 325 degree oven for 30-45 minutes, depending on the paint brand).

You can also do a matching glass carafe, just pour the wine into the carafe right before you are reading to serve the wine or champagne.
