1 c flour
1 tbsp vegetable oil
1 c water
1/2 c salt
2 tsp cream of tartar
Food coloring
Glitter

Combine all ingredients in a saucepan except for the glitter. Heat over medium heat, stirring constantly until a ball forms. Remove and allow to cool. Once cooled, knead dough, adding glitter as you go. Store in airtight container.
