Microwave Scrambled Eggs
2 eggs
1 tsp butter
2 tbsp milk
In a small bowl, melt butter in microwave, about 30 seconds on high.
In separate bowl, whisk eggs and milk together (can add salt and pepper to taste, if desired). Add melted butter.
Cook on high 1 minute. Stir and continue cooking and stirring at 30 second intervals until desired consistency. Serve.
