Microwave Chocolate Sauce Recipe
Easy to make when you have company and don’t want to have to watch sauce on the stove.
4 oz. unsweetened chocolate, unsweetened, broken in half
1 c water
1 c sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
In microwave safe bowl, put chocolate and water, cooking on high for 4 minutes, stirring 2 or 3 times. Remove and stir well until melted. If any unmelted chocolate remains, reheat for 30 seconds until fully melted.
Add sugar and cook on high 1 minute, stirring every 30 seconds. Stir in vanilla. Serve or cool and store in the refrigerator for up to 3 months.
