Microwave Corn on the Cob Recipe

Yes, you can enjoy corn on the cob without having to cook it on your stovetop (which makes the house so hot during prime corn on the cob season!) or on the barbeque.

4 unhusked ears of corn
Water
Butter/Margarine
Salt

Remove the outer husk leaves (brown or discolored leaves). Immerse ears in coold water for ten minutes. Remove from water and gently shake off excess water. Place on plate and immediately cook on high for 10-12 minutes. Remove leaves and silk, then serve hot with butter and salt.
