4 baking potatoes
3 green onions, thinly sliced
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. hot milk
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash black pepper
4 slices bacon
2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
