A nice chicken slow cooker dish that is simple and tasty to make with soy but a bit of sweetness.
- slow cooker
- 6 chicken breast halves boneless & skinless
- 1/2 cup light soy sauce
- 1/2 cup honey
- 2 tbsp toasted sesame seeds optional
- In a small bowl combine soy sauce, honey and sesame seeds, stirring until well combined (honey will be sticky!). Add chicken to slow cooker and pour mixture evenly over each chicken breast.
- Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours or until chicken is thoroughly cooked and the juices run clear. Serve!
