Make your own shoe deodorizers

We have all had shoes that start to smell but we can't bear to part with them. Here is how to make your own shoe deodorizers to keep your shoes smelling fresh. And the best part is they can sit in the shoes overnight so you have fresh smelling shoes for the next day.

2 athletic white socks for each pair
2 cups baking soda for each pair
2 rubber bands per pair

Carefully pour 1 cup of baking soda into each sock, shaking it down so it is in the toe part. Secure close with a rubber band.

To use, simply insert a sock into each show and leave overnight. You can leave for longer for really funky smelling shoes. Change baking soda periodically.
