1 cup granola
1 medium apple, cut into chunks
1 small banana, cut into chunks
1/2 cup fresh pineapple chunks
1/2 cup fruit flavored yogurt
lemon juice
Cut fruit and toss with small amount of lemon juice to prevent browning and place a toothpick in each piece. Place granola in a clean pie pan. To coat fruit, first dip each piece in yogurt, then granola, covering all sides.
While you can cut up fruit in advance, do not coat fruit until it is time to serve.
