Fruit Kabobs for kids
Fruit kabobs are
great fun for kids, they will feel like a grown up while eating
healthy, too!
Fruit: Grapes,
strawberries, pineapple, watermelon, cantaloupe, honeydew
melon, apple chunks, pear chunks
Cheddar cheese (white and orange)
Bamboo skewers
Straws
Depending on the
age of your children, you can serve the fruit on wooden bamboo
skewers or you can use skinny straws instead. If using wooden
skewers, simply skewer the fruits and cheese, alternating.
If using straws, poke through with wooden skewer on each piece
of fruit and cheese, then poke the straw through.
Serve with fruit
yoghurt dip.
