Why serve sugar-laden commercial popsicles when you can make homemade yogurt popsicles in a variety of flavors.
1 1/2 cups flavored yogurt
1 large banana
1 tbsp apple juice, pear juice or pulp-free orange juice
In a small bowl mash the banana then add juice, mashing to make a paste. Add yogurt and mix well. You can also do this in a blender, which can be easier when making multiple batches! Then using a spoon, spoon the mixture into popsicle milds then freeze. Serve!
