A healthy alternative
to pizza that your kids will love!
1 can Pillsbury
biscuit dough
Cheddar cheese, grated
1 apple sliced very thin
1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
1/2 tbsp cinnamon
Butter
Lightly spray cookie
sheets with non-stick cooking spray. Open can of dough and
divide onto the cookie sheet, about 1" apart, as package
instructions state.
Sprinkle biscuits
with a small amount of cheese. Spread with apple slices (about
3 slices per biscuit). In a small bowl, combine sugar and
cinnamon and sprinkle lightly over top of each biscuit. Top
each pizza with a small pat of butter.
Bake in preheated
350 degree oven for 15 minutes. Remove from oven and let sit
for a few minutes as liquid is reabsorbed by biscuits. Serve!
