Need to tackle a painting job only to discover your paint brushes have dried stiff? It is most often caused by a slight amount of leftover paint or paint cleaner that was left on the brush when you last put it away. It is sometimes hard to tell if there is still anything left on the brush when you are done with the paint job.
Here is a quick trick to bring those hard paint brushes back to life so you don’t have to buy new ones.
Warm up some vinegar in a flat dish, then rest your paint brush in it so the bristles are completely submerged. Allow it to soak for 15 minutes, then wash your brush like usual with soap and hot water. Your brush should be good as new and ready for your next paint job!
