Eggnog French Toast Recipe

Having Christmas day brunch? Or just need something to do with your leftover eggnog after Christmas? Eggnog French Toast is the perfect thing!

2 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup eggnog
1/4 tsp vanilla
1/8 tsp cinnamon (optional)
6 slices of regular white bread

In a small bowl that will allow easy bread dipping, combine eggs, eggnog, vanilla, and cinnamon. Depending on your eggnog consistency, you may want to add a few tablespoons regular milk. Dip each slice of bread in the mixture on each side.

Heat a skillet over medium heat with a small amount of butter/margarine and cook each side about 2-3 minutes or until golden brown. Serve with margarine and syrup if desired.
