Embellish
your Christmas Candles - Craft Instructions
You can easily
embellish the inexpensive dollar store candles to turn them
into a beautiful candle worthy of your Christmas dinner table
or even holiday gifts.And it is extremely easy to do.
First select your
embellishments. You might want to go simple with a string
of small faux pearl beads and wrap them several times around
the base of a chunky style candle. Or use silver or gold balls
to stud the outside of a candle. Or even afix the teeny tiny
white craft snowflakes.
How exactly can
you secure the embellishments to the outside of your candle?
Surprisingly, you can use your hot glue gun and glue your
decorations to the candles! Be sure to use hot melt glue and
not the lower temperature glue sticks though.
Because you can
do this craft so fast, it makes an excellent last minute hostess
gift.
