This receipe is perfect to be frozen alongside any of our Chinese Food Freezer Recipes.

1 cup sugar
1 cup vinegar
1 cup water
1/2 tsp salt
Pepper to taste
3 tbsp cornstarch
3 tbsp ketchup
1 tsp minced garlic

In a medium saucepan, saute garlic in small amount of oil until golden brown. Immediately add remaining ingredients and combine well, bringing to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat and simmer for five or so minutes, or until it is thickened and all lumps are disolved. Freeze.
