3 lbs asparagus, cooked
1 1/2 cup sour cream
1 small yellow onion, minced
3/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1/3 tsp dry mustard
1 clove garlic, minced
3 tbsp butter/margarine
1 cup bread crumbs
In bowl combine sour cream, onion, salt, pepper, mustard and garlic. Place cooked asparaus in casserole dish, cover with sauce. Combine well, then sprinkle butter and bread crumbs on top. Freeze.
On cooking day:
Defrost. Preheat oven to 375F and cook casserole for 20 minutes or until heated through. Serve
