How to flash marinade beef, chicken and meat for freezer cooking

How many times do you pull a steak or chicken out of the freezer and wish you had time to marinade it, but by the time it thaws you won't actually have time to marinade it first before cooking. Plenty! But here is how you can flash marinade any meat BEFORE you place it in the freezer, so as it freezes and then again as it thaws, your marinade will do its flavorful trick on the meat and turn it into a nice marinaded piece of beef, chicken or other meat.

First, separate the meat into ziploc baggies in serving sizes, just as if you were freezing normally. Mix the marinade following the recipe, and pour the marinade into the ziploc bag. Seal, label and place in the freezer.

When you are ready to use, simply pull out of the freezer to thaw, and you will have a perfectly marinaded piece of meat ready for the grill or the oven.
