3 tbsp powdered coffee creamer
1/3 cup sugar
1/4 cup instant coffee
1/4 cup cocoa, lumps removed
1 cup skim milk powder

Combine all ingredients in a bowl, mixing well. Pour into jar and seal tightly.

Directions: Combine 1/4 cup mocha mix with 1 cup hot milk. Stir well or blend in blender until smooth and disolved. Top with whipped cream and chocolate sprinkles or shavings.
