Hot chocolate in
a jar with mint, perfect for a gift for mint lovers!
6 cups nonfat powdered
milk
16 oz confectioner's sugar (powdered sugar)
2 8-oz jars Swiss chocolate flavored non-dairy creamer
15 oz hot chocolate (such as Nestle Quik)
1 small package (7-1/2 oz) round peppermint candies, crushed
well
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tsp salt
Combine all ingredients,
mixing well. If you need to crush the peppermints, place them
in a couple ziplocs, wrap them in a kitchen towel, then hit
with a mallet or even a hammer. Store in refrigerator!
Directions: Place
3 tbsp mint hot chocolate mix in a jar, and add 6 oz hot water,
stirring well. Serve! Store mixture in refrigerator.
